Moseley & District Churches Housing Association was founded in 1966. It is a non profit-making Friendly Society, registered with the Housing Corporation. Moseley & District exists to provide good quality rented homes for people on a low income. These range from Studio Flats for single people, to large houses suitable for extended families - and a range of support services for people with particular needs. All the accommodation is managed and maintained to a high standard by the Association's housing team, who work closely with their colleagues in Care & Support to ensure that we provide for a diverse range of social housing needs.
