- To provide high quality housing support and care services to meet the diverse needs of existing and future customers.
- To maintain the Association’s not for profit status ensuring that it is financially secure, achieving this by delivering value for money services.
- To have high quality well trained staff with competitive terms and conditions of employment and that reflect the communities we serve.
- To consider the long term options for the future of Moseley and District Churches Housing Association.
