Outreach Service
Our outreach service aims to support people in the community who have mental health issues. We are committed to:
- Providing high quality accommodation, tailored to the requirements of particular groups
- Giving residents the support they need, delivered by staff who are caring, professional and experienced
- Working in partnership with residents to communicate with them, assess their needs and enable them to live as independently as possible.
