As well as letting homes, the Association's staff provides a full housing management, maintenance and rent accounting service.This includes handling rent payments and queries from tenants, dealing with day-to-day repairs and planning long term maintenance programmes.

If you come into our office at 106 Alcester Road, Moseley, we have a free repairs hotline which allows you to speak with the repairs team directly to report your repairs.
